Grace Mutitu Mwangi

It is with profound sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mrs. Grace Mutitu Mwangi (Principal St. Joseph Kiang’age – Murang’a) on 25th August 2023 while receiving medical treatment at Nairobi West Hospital.

Daughter to the late Mwalimu Ephantus Nyaga Geoffreyson and the late Rose Margaret Gicuku of Embu. Daughter-in-law to the late Eliud Mbugua and the late Elizabeth Wangechi of Karega Murang’a.

Dear wife to the late Mr. Peter Mwangi Mbugua of Karega Murang’a. Dotting mother to Martin Mbugua and Fridah Mbugua, Nelson Mutugi and Njeri Mutugi and Joy Walthira. Grandmother to Mwangi Mutugi, Makena Mutugi and Luka Mwangi.

Sister to the late Nancy Kimani, Catherine Rugano, Mary Mugo, Johnson Mwaniki, the late Kenneth Muriithi and Alex Nyaga. Sister-in-law to Nyokabi, the late Kimani, Chege, the late Wanjiku, Wairimu, Njihia, Margaret, Grace & Cecity. Aunt and cousin to many.

Daily meetings and prayers are taking place at the family home in Kenol Town (Murang’a) from Daily , 4.00pm.

There will be a requiem mass on Tuesday 29 August, 2023 at her home starting at 3.00pm.

The cortege will leave Nairobi West Mortuary on Friday 1stSeptember, 2023 at 7:00am for burial at her home in Kenol Town (Murang`a).
