It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Grace Wanjiku Kanyeki on 25th January 2026. She was daughter of the late Mzee David Kanyeki and the late Margaret Wangui Kanyeki.
Loving mother of David Kanyeki and the late Susan Kanyeki; late Catherine Wangui and Charles Wanjohi; late Karen Wangechi; late Hon. Dick Wathika and Asenath Wathika; late Evans Njogu; and Esther Njeri. Doting grandmother of Joshua, Wanjiku, Caleb,Wangari, Bonnie, Chiku, Kassim, Linda, Harriet, late Kanyeki, Maina and Reene. Great grandmother to many.
Cherished sister of late Wathika, late Githure, Wakarima, Wangui, Dr. Gatukui, late Wambura, Gachuhi, late Njukia, late Waigumo and Gakuya.
Relatives and friends are meeting at All Saints Cathedral on Wednesday 28th, Thursday 29th and Friday 30th January for prayers and funeral arrangements from 5.30pm.
The cortege leaves Lee funeral Home on Tuesday, February 3rd 2026 at 7.00am for the burial ceremony to be held at Kaharo Village, Gikondi, Mukurwe-ini, Nyeri County.
