It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hannah Wanjiku Njuguna of Kagaa, Lari-kiambu county which occurred on 27th June 2023 after a short illness.

Wife to the late Joshua Njuguna Mbugua.

Daughter of the late Joseph Kuria Kimunio and the late Edith Njambi. Daughter-in-law to the late Hoswell Mbugua Nyori and the late Damaris Waithira.

Mother to Olive Waithira, Haswell Mbugua, Joseph Kuria, the late Catherine Njambi, David Nyori and Peter Kariuki.

Sister to Francis Njomo, Ruth Njeri, Alice Wanjiru Kamau, Jane Mweru, Peter Kariuki, Peter Gathuru amongst others.

Sister-in-law to Leah Wanjiku, Josphat Kaniu, Peninah Kairigo, the late James Kinyanjui and late Joel Kamugu amongst others.

Mother-in-law to Njeri Mbugua, Martha Kuria, the late Michael Mutuku and Pauline Kariuki.

Grandmother to Charles & Stephanie, Natalie,Tara, Martin, Mark, Ndungu, Joshua, Patricia, Jude, Joshua,Wanjiku. Great grandmother to Sidney and Njambi.

Meetings are being held daily at Kagaa, St Andrew’s – Old Church and Harambee Estate H95 starting from 5-7.30pm.

The burial will be on Thursday 6th July, 2023 at Kagaa, Lari. The cortege will depart from Montezuma Funeral Home at 8.30am. Funeral service will be held at the PCEA Hoswell Mbugua Memorial Church, Kagaa at 11.00am.
