Helinah Muthoni Muturi

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of our mom Helina Muthoni Muturi, after a short illness which occurred on 8th March 2022.

Wife of the late Nelson Muturi Douglas. Sister to the late Kamau Ishmael, Geoffrey Muturi and Eliab Karekia.

Mother to Douglas & Anne Makimi, Ishmael & Agnes Gichonge, Lydia & Peter Gachigi, Samuel & Teresa Irungu, Egrah Wanjiru, Geoffrey & Judy Kamura,Timothy & Josephine Kamau and Janeffer & Paredes. Grandmother to Helen, Jeremiah, Abigail, Georgina, Mathew, Irene, Emmanuel, Muthoni among others. Great grandmother to four.

Prayers and Funeral arrangements are taking place at All Saints Cathedral – Nairobi – on Monday 14th to Wednesday 16th March, 2022, starting at 6.00pm.

Prayers are also being held at her Kigetuini village home, Gaturi, Murang’a County.

Funeral service will be held at ACK St Emmanuel Church – Kigetuini – on Friday 18th March, 2022, starting at 11.00am and thereafter burial will be at her home.
