It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden death of Hon. Nahashon Kanyi Waithaka, son of the late Wamuyu and Waithaka Wanyeki.
Brother of Rahab Wataro and the late Wambui. Wachuka, Kingori, Kabara Ngima, Muturi,Wangui and Waititu. Husband of Agnes Gathoni and Ann Nyambura. Father of the late Andrew Mwangi, Wamuyu Mahinda, the late Jimmy Gathiga, Waguthi Mahugu, Alex Waithaka, Abel Gichuru, Godfrey Kingori and Dennis Ndiagoro. Father-in-law of Rose Nyawira, Geoffrey Mahinda, Jane Gathiga, Rita Waithaka, Kebbah Johson and Joan Kingori. Grandfather of Ian and Eva Kanyi, Gathoni Mwangi, Njambi, Gathoni and Joe Mahinda, Maureen and Andrew Gathiga, Nyaguthi and Mahugu Maina, Tyra and Alex Waithaka, Isaiah, Malaika,Alex, Nash and Amani Gichuru. Great Grandfather of Raysean, Olive and Kena.
Family and friends are meeting for prayers and funeral arrangements at his rural home Gititu, Nyeri County at 4pm, Karen residence and at All Saints Cathedral cafeteria every evening from 6pm.
Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
