It is with Humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Humphrey Ong’oro Ambuchi former Inspector of police, GSU, Recce Company, which occurred on Saturday October 12, 2019, during Garissa Terrorist attack.

Beloved son of Rose Ambuchi. Beloved husband of Dorcas Chemtai Chesebe, father of Leone Masafu Ong’oro, Prudence Nasimiyu Ong’oro, Prestone Watwati Ong’oro, Brinah Tata Ong’oro, and Blessing Askuku Ong’oro. Nephew to Dr. Pr. Alex Ambuchi, Dr. Musa Ambuchi, Dr. John Ambuchi, Gibson Ambuchi, Matthews Ambuchi, Edward, Jonathan, Saulo, William, Andrew, the late Lawrence, the late Benard, the late Abel and the late Odipo, the late Roselyn, Amoit, Jackline, Margaret, Mary, Nahumicha and Anya. Brother to Emmy, Sera, Frankline Biketi (Inspector – GSU), Mwambu, Silvia, Agnes, John, the late Betty, Christine Masafu (France), Kiberenge (MMUST), late Ken, Kish, Kevin, Caleb and Ferdinand.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers and funeral arrangements at GSU Ruiru residence and at home Kapkoto – Cheptais, Mt. Elgon, Bungoma County.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Wednesday 23/10/ 2019 at 8.00am for Funeral and burial service at Kapkoto village, Cheptais, on Friday 25/10/2019 as from 9.00am.
