It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely demise of Isaac Mbuki Mwangi of Maki Estate, Thika, which occurred on 18th April 2021.
Son of late David Mwangi Nduati and Salome Wambui Mwangi of Kirigu, Dagoretti.
Beloved husband to Late Lisa Mwangi and Jacinto Wacuka Mbuki. Father of Thamy Mottola (USA), David Mwangi (USA), Calvin Nduati (USA), Robert Mwangi (USA), Been Jackie Muthoni Mbuki and Raphael Kian Mwangi Mbuki. Brother of Wanjiku (USA), Late Wairimu, Wanjiru, Late Nduta, Late Muthoni, Thira, Late Nganga and Mumbi.
Son-in-law to Geoffrey Gathungu and Veronica Wanjiru. Brother-in-law of Karue, Muriithi, Idah, Wanjugu and Wachira. Uncle and grandfather to many.
The cortege leaves Montezuma (Kabati) Mortuary at 8am on 23nd April 2021 for a burial service at home in Maki Estate, Thika.

We lived next door to each other in Manchester NH, USA and he was more than a neighbor – he was my dear friend. I loved his kindness, his intelligence, his laughter, and his big smile. I am privileged to have known him and will always remember him with great fondness and respect.

I USE TO LOVE WHEN I WAS OUT IN MY YARD AND HE WOULD SEE ME & WALK OVER AND SAY HI JOE WITH THE BIGGEST SMILE, AND ALWAYS SHOOK MY HAND. ISAAC WAS SUCH A PROUD MAN. MY WIFE & I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER HIM. I THANK GOD FOR THE TIME HE PUT ISAAC IN OUR LIFE. THE DAY HE WAS MOVING BACK TO AFRICA, HE GAVE ME A BIG HUG & WE BOTH HAD TEARS IN OUR EYES.
