Jacob Odhiambo Ochieng (Janam- Taliban)

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mr. Jacob Odhiambo Ochieng (Janam- Taliban), formerly of KCCT (current Multimedia University) and KASNEB, and former Vice Chair of Jamhuri Estate Welfare.

Beloved husband to Mary Aoko Ochieng.

Son to the late Mzee Tukiko Odhiambo Asuke and the late Mama Zipporah Owiti Odhiambo.

Father to Donna, Jeffrey,Violet, Nancy, Albert, Margaret, Douglas and Joy.

Brother to Prof. Peter Amollo Odhiambo, Turphena Onyango Ochieng, the late Phoebe Odero Ogolla, the late Martha Akumu Aboka, Abel Ouma Odhiambo, the late David Ocholla Asuke Odhiambo, Elsa Atieno Oloo, Joseph Amollo and John Ochieng Odhiambo.

Son-in- law to the late Mzee Elijah Orwe, the late Mama Leonida Orwe and Doris Orwe.

Father-in-law to Jeremiah, Tasha, Joseph and Lilian. Grandfather to many.

There shall be a memorial service on Saturday, 26th November, 2022 at Umash Chapel at 3:00p.m. — 5:00p.m.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home on 27th November, 2022 to Omboga Village, Kanyaluo, Karachuonyo, Homabay County. The burial mass and ceremony will be held on Monday, 28th November, 2022 at Omboga Village (Ongeche).
