It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing on of Jaduong James Akuno Chora (Omuga).

Son of the late Chora Agak & Apamo Kula.

Husband to Gladys Onyango, the late Prisca Aoko and the late Teresa Adhiambo. Father of the late Grace Auma, the late Jane Aoko, Philgona Otieno, Japuonj Washington Akuno, Rev. Dr. Walter Akuno (JOOUST), Pamela Achieng, Susan Nyariwo, the late Stephen Ogaga, the late Beldine Awuor, Daniel Akuno, Charles Akuno, Pst George Akuno, Meresa Akuno, the late Millicent Atieno, Janet Akuno, the late Helida Akuno, Job Akuno (EGPAF), Beatrice Akuno (Rangwe Girls), Ben Akuno (Bala Sch), Maureen Akuno (Kachieng Sch) and Addah Akuno (Kirindo Sch), the late Phones Akuno, Paul Akuno, Hezbon Akuno (Oloolaiser Water Co.) and Jared Akuno (GCDI). Others are Euphemia, Calvine, Brian and Dick.

Father-in-law of Alice, Donic, Consolata, Perez, Rose, Zuhura, Lucy, Caroline, Belinda, Rhoda, Jocinta, Pauline and Cynthia.

The cortege leaves Kendu Adventist Hospital Mortuary on Thursday, 05/01/2023 for overnight vigil at his home.

Funeral service and burial will take place on Friday, 06/01/2023 at Kideswa, Ramba Village, Upper Kakwajuok Sub-Location, Rachuonyo North, Homa Bay County presided over by Kideswa Seventh Day Adventist Church.
