It is with humble acceptance of God’s grace that we announce the untimely death of Mr. James Kitavi Ngala a.k.a. Kabarange,a business man in Kitui town who passed away in Kitui on 5th October 2023.

He was son to the Late Hon. Eluid Ngala Mwendwa & the Late Agnes Kana Kalungu & Priscilla Kavutha.

Loving husband to Elizabeth Mwikali. Father to Linda Kitavi, Mark Ngala (U.K), Paul Maingey, Beatrice Masilingi (U.K) and Faith Kitavi-Nyamu.

Brother to the Late Goreti Mbuve, John Kinya, Alex Kadenge, the Late Henry Mbili, Zambi Mwendwa, Mumo Mwendwa, Joyce Kamene, Matthew Kyalo, Cindy Mwendwa, Mutanu Mwendwa, Chris Muasya and Jimmy Mutisya.

Son-in-law to the Late Paul Maingey & the Late Beatrice Masilingi.

Brother-in-law to Solly Nyamai, the Late Rahab Wanjiku, Lorna Olang, Catherine Ngii, Joan Munyori, Viola Nduku, Fatma Mohamed, Hellen Mutisya, the Late Lucy Rashid, David Maingey, the Late John Maingey, the Late Jesse Maingey, the Late Peter Maingey, Pauline Maingey, Thomas & Khatra Maingey, Giles & Sarah Hillman, Andrew & Elizabeth Maingey, William & the Late Mirriam Maingey-Deher & the Late Betty Maingey.

Father-in-law to Patrick Mwendwa, Aimee Jones, Judy Kavutha and Alfred Nyamu.

Grandfather to Rossie Ndanu, Taliah Mwikali, Theo Kitavi Ngala, Koby Jones Negala, Jayden Kitavi, Leon Mulwa and Sean Kitavi.

Nephew to the Late Manguye & the Late Syombua & the Late Lena, the Late Hon. Kyale & the Late Susan Mwendwa & Jacinta Mwendwa, the Late Hon. Kitili & Hon. Nyiva Mwendwa, Masaai’s, Kasee’s, Kathyindi’s, Kavili’s, Mulwa’s, Mutia’s and Mary Kalungu – Wambua among others.

The cortege will leave Tribute Funeral Home on Saturday 21st October 2023 at 8.30 am for the funeral service at Kitui Showground Ithokwe at 10.00 am.

Daily funeral meetings are being held at Moonlight Hotel in Kitui from 5.30 pm.

A fundraiser will be held on Thursday 19th October 2023 from 5:30 pm at Moonlight Hotel, Kitui.
