James Mugo Kimani (Kalulu)

1936 — 25th June, 2023

We celebrate the life of James Mugo Kimani who reunited with the Lord on 25th June 2023, after a prolonged sickness.

Son to the late Jeremiah Kimani and the late Esther Njura.

He was the loving husband to Dionisia Wambeti. Father to the late Anne Wawira, Jane Muthoni, Flora Wanja, Kellen Njoki, Grace Njeri and Beth Kaari.

Father-in-law to Lawrence Njiru, James Kiregi, James King’ori, Isaac Maina, Joseph Nyambora.

Brother to Julia Kanini and the late John Gichovi. Brother-in-law to the late Elijah Nvuria and Dionisia Wanjira.

Grandfather to Ndereva, Brian, Mureithi, Murugi, Siphrah,Tracy, Mwende, Emilio, Ivy, Mukami, Njeri, Jimmy and Jude. Great grandfather to Myrah, Niran and Mahir.

Friends and family are meeting daily for prayers at his home in Kithungururu village, Embu County at 3:00pm.

The cortege leaves Gakwegori Funeral Home on 4th July 2023 at 8:00am for a Requiem pass at St Emilio Catholic church Kithungururu and thereafter laid to rest at his home.
