James Mutwiri M’Mukiira

It is with profound sorrow, but with humble acceptance to God, that we announce the promotion to glory of our Brother-in-Christ James Mutwiri M’Mukiira, that occurred on 18th October, 2022 at St.Theresa Mission Hospital – Kiirua.

Son to the late Samuel M’Mukiira and the late Grace Kaburo M’Mukiira. Son-in-law to the late M’Imuthiru M’Kiriciu and the late Lydia Nkirote M’Imuthiru. Step-son to Rebecca M’Imuthiru, Ciomarimba M’Imuthiru and Ciomathi M’Imuthiru.

Loving husband to Josephine Kambura. Father to Walter Thuranira, Esther Mwitiabi and Ernest Kirimi. Father-in-law to Lorna Solopian and Lydia Kaaniru Kirimi.

Grandfather to Kristin Angaya, Eddy Muriithi, Cherish Karimi,Victoria Nkatha,Trevor Kithinji, Michael Koome and Victor Kimathi.

Brother to the late Beatrice Kajuju, Gladys Kananu, the late Evangeline Kaiji,Winfred Nkirote, the late Edward Mwirigi, Harriet Nthama, Amos Gituma, Angelo Nkunja, Reuben Bundi, the late Riungu, Maitethia, Nturibi, Kathurima, Muna, the late Guantai, Isabella, Harriet, Marion, Charity and Ibrahim.

Brother-in-law to the late Kabaarua, the late Matoi, the late Kaliunci and the late Kamwiko, Mwonjaru, Mwomaitha, Mukomario, Karuta, Kalayu, Mwakithii, the late Kirito, Kabuya and Nkwi.

Family, friends and relatives are meeting daily at his residence in Gathuine Naari from 5.00pm.

The cortege leaves St. Theresa Mission Hospital – Kiirua, on 26th October, 2022 at 9.00am to MCK Gathuine Methodist Church, for funeral service and later to his final resting place at his home still in Gathuine Village, Naari, Meru County.

Those we love do not die but live forever, rest in God’s hands Dad. Amen
