James Ombado Madai

With humble acceptance of God’s will, we sadly announce the passing away of Mr. James Ombado Madai of Kamagambo, Sare on the morning of August 4th 2018 after a bravely fought battle with Diabetes.

Son of the late Mwalimu Yason Ombado and Nana Nya Amuka. Husband of Edwina “Atie” Ombado of New Life SDA Church and formerly of NSSF. Father of June Arunga Kimani, Jason Madai, Emily Kinoti, Daisy Kasera and Tobias Ombado of NSSF. Father-in-law of Amb. Martin Kimani, Jackline Mutheu, Peter Kinoti and Brian Oyieke.

Son-in-law of the late Pastor Tobias Otieno Ayayo and Mama Rosebella Nyang’wano. Nyawana of Charity and Samuel Kimani, Josephat and the late Georgina Nzioki, Jennifer and Jacob Gitonga, Linet and Samuel Oyieke Grandfather of Kirigo, Kimana, Hadassah, Maggie, Candy and Madai. Brother of Mama Hulda and Nyatol, Ruth and Ojwang, Maren and Oluoch, Dorca and Ogolla, Esther and Owili, Ernest and Phelgonajohn and Jane, the late Tom and Esther, Elizabeth, Martin, Salome and Elizabeth and the late David.

Brother-in-law of Martin, Prof. Ngalo, Steve, Paul, Cleaveland, Christine, Rena and Jim, all Ayayos Uncle of Herbert Ojwang’, Mary Onyango, Bobby, Alice, Owili, and several other nephews and nieces.

Church service will be held on Sunday August 12th 2018 at 2.00pm at Kamagambo, Sare SDA Church.

Burial ceremony will be on Monday August 13th at his home in Kamagambo, Sare.

A Fund raiser to offset the Medical Bill and funeral costs will be on Thursday 9th August 2018 at Nairobi Central SDA Church (Maxwell) opposite Integrity Center.

Friends and Family are meeting daily at Nairobi Central SDA Church LMS Guest House from 5.30pm.
