We are saddened to announce the death of James Ondieki Orucho of Omogute Village, Bonyarorande Borabu Location, Nyamira County.

Husband to Annah Nyamokune.

Son to the late Zabron Orucho and the late Sabina Moraa. Step-son to Ogake Orucho, Ascar Nyaboke, and Teresa Monyangi. Son-in-law to the late Boniface Nyamache, Omongina Monica, and Philomena Nyamache.

Father to Thomas Momanyi, Jasper Morara, Lilian Nyanchama, Janet Kerubo, Doris Nyangate (deceased), Dickens Ongeta and Edwin Nyabiba. Father-in-law to Lydia, Rosemary, Rose and Celestine.

Grandfather to Pauline, Sharon, Christabel, Vanice, Collins, Moses, Cynthia, Rushell, Brian, Lionel, Nigel, Jefferson, Jeremy, Houston, Albright, Nimrod, Victoria, Bjorn, Skylar, and Scarlet. Great-grandfather to Ryan Ongosi.

The body is preserved at Montezuma Funeral Home – Nairobi.

There will be a funeral fundraiser on Tuesday, 29th August, 2023, at Luther Plaza, Nyerere Road, Nairobi.

The cortege will leave Nairobi for his rural home in Nyamira County on Thursday, 31st August, 2023. The funeral service burial ceremony will be held at his home in Omogute Village, Nyamira County on 1st September, 2023.
