Jane Wanjiku Maina

It is with profound sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing onto Glory of Jane Wanjiku Mama, which occurred on Wednesday, 30th August 2023.

Daughter of the late Joseph Ndungu and the late Susan Nyambura. Loving mother to Nancy Waithera, John Kabugi, Geoffrey Kamau, Susan Nyambura, the late Mary Immaculate Wanjiru, and Virginia Wamaitha.

Sister to the late Thomas Mburu, the late Peter Wandaka, Virginia Wamaitha the late Charles Kinoru, and Leonard Ng’ang`a.

She was in-law to Nelson Maina Muiruri, Susan Njoki and Nelly Wanjiku Kimani. She was a mother, auntie, grandmother, great grandmother to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily from 3.00pm at her home at Makao Estate, Mawariga, Nakuru for daily prayers and funeral preparations.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home Nakuru on Thursday, 7th September 2023 at 8:00am. The Funeral service will be held at St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church KITI from 8:00am and thereafter burial at Nakuru North Cemetery.
