It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing on of Jeremiah Boy Onyach which occurred on 10/12/2022 at Aga Khan Hospital – Nairobi.
Beloved Husband to Jerusha and Carolyne. Loving Father to Shanise, Kimberly and Jesse Onyach.
Son of the late Ben Israel Onyach and Emma Atieno Onyach. Brother to Andrew, Mary, Oscar, Hassan, Kennedy, the late George, Nicholas, Susan, Lilian, Winnie, Judith, Mercy, Joram, Oscar, Gerild and Edgar Onyach. Step-son to Christine Onyach and Silpah Onyach.
Son-in-law to Mr. and Mrs. Odeny, Mr. and Mrs. Dudi. Brother-in-law to Samson, Linet, Lina, Chessa, Chris, Jacinta, Akoth, Alpha, Brian, Dr. Pamela, Lillian, Lynn, Herina, Janet, Doris, Beryl, Valery, Sharon, Mary, Akinyi, Grace, Dusila, Nora, Benta, tunita, Andrew Chikungu, James Bolo, Mark Oyler and many others.

A church service shall be held at St. Stephen’s Cathedral – Kisumu on 27/12/2022 from 10.00am.
The burial shall take place on Wednesday 28/12/2022 at his home in Dier Aora, Kogelo South, Awendo Sub-County, Migori County.
A fundraiser will be held to offset the Hospital bill and Funeral expenses on Tuesday 20/12/2022 from 5:30pm at the Old Sanctuary, Nairobi Central SDA Church, Jakaya Kikwete Road.
Jerry you left too soon, i remember our last encounter ay the Club when we discussed Mwangazs as having been our supploer in the 80’s and tthay their shop was in River road area. You confirmed that Tom Okoth Nyakonya were your neighbours at home and that you were flying the mwangaza flag higher than before. You happened to be in Kisumu after the 2007 post election violence, bought land and together with Jerusha you built a nice home in my neighborhood.
You were steadfast in fighting for our ownership rights in the courts at our meetings and when we met with the lawuer to purdue ADR which worked for us. Go well Jerry we shall cherish your determined sporit.
