It’s with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mrs. Jerioth Wangui Kanyingi of Tigoni Limuru, Kiambu County on 19th July 2021 while undergoing treatment at Nairobi Hospital.

Beloved daughter of the late Mishram Warui Gichohi and Shelmith Wacu Warui. Wife of the Late Simon Kuria Kanyingi.

Mother to Irene Wanjiru Karuga, Charles Gichohi Kanyingi, John Gathara Kanyingi, George Mahihu Kanyingi, the late Anthony Kuria Kanyingi, The Late Thomas Warui Kanyingi and the Late Michael Maru Kanyingi. Mother in law to Job Njoroge Karuga, Susan Wanjiku Maru, Evelyne Mumbi Gichohi and Joy Wanjiru Mahihu.

Sister to Agnes Njeri Gichoya, Ann Gathigia, Esther Wanjiru Waweru, Mary Muthoni Njeru, Eunice Mumbi, Ann Nyakiunyu Smith, Charles Gichohi Warui and Jane Wanjeri Warui.

She was an Auntie, Cousin, Grandmother to many and Great grandmother.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at her Tigoni Home from 3pm – 5pm.

Cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home on Friday 23rd July, 2021 at 7.00AM for funeral service and burial at her home in Tigoni, Limuru at 10AM.
