With deep sorrow, we announce the death of our beloved mother, Jerusa Ogola Oloo, that occurred on 14/09/2022.

Loving wife of Adonijah Oloo Gwara of Alego Kogelo – Papgori. Daughter of the late Ibrahim Osodo and the late Sarah Odenyo Osodo of Ugenya-Ruwe village.

Beloved mother to Moses Oduor (formerly United Millers), Timothy Oloo (KRA), Judith Opere (Directorate of Agriculture Kisumu), Cornellias Oloo (Qatar), the late Rhoda Aoko, and Willy Oloo.

Sister to the late Isiah Godia, John Odemba,the late Zipporah Anyango and the late Barnaba Mutula.

Mother-in-law to Saline Oduor (Pawteng Primary School), Lilian Oloo (Mater hospital),Violaine Oloo (formally Braeside School), Beier Opere of Kabuoch Ndhiwa and Joseph Nyalwal of Asembo.

Grandmother to Yvonne, David, Maroline, Janet, Grace, Robert, Joyce, Francis, Fred, Eunice, Fiona, Mary, Isaiah, Cliff, Fona, Sarah, Gwara, Boab, Adhiambo, and Jerusa. Great-grandmother to Adams, Aila, Armani, Anzani, Eugene, Stanely, Judy, Emmanuel, Fadhili, Sally, Joan, Liam, Myles, Nanda, and Leeroy.

Aunt to the Gwaras, Mutulas, Odembas, Isakas and a friend to many.

The cortege leaves Rosewood Mortuary for a Church Service at St. Emmanuel ACK Church – Rongo on Thursday, 29/09/2022, at 2:00pm, there after a night vigil at her home in Rongo. Burial will be on 30/09/2022, Friday at Kambija village in Rongo starting at 9:30am.
