Jimmy Bogonko Nyangena

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Jimmy Bogonko Nyangena of Athi River.

Loving son to George Nyamumbo O’Nyangena and the late Mama Rose Angaya Nyangena. Loving brother to Maureen Mokeira (NCBA Bank),Vivianne Nyangena (VAVA) ODPP and Jeremy Nyangena.

Grandson to the late Jeremiah Nyangena and the late Aska Nyangena, the late Andrew Ambundo and Emily Ambundo.

Beloved uncle to Idris Nyamumbo Orimba, Zara Angaya Otieno and the late Arrie Nyamumbo Njoroge.

Nephew to Kibagendi, Nyakundi, Moriasi, Liston Ambundo, Theresa Bisonga, Mary Ongeri, Nyanganyi, Agnes, Norah, Esther among others. Cousin to the Bisongas, Nyakundis, Ongeris, Kibagendis, Ogetos,Ankas. Muyes. Nyangenas, Ambundos, Migandas,Adedes, Okumus, Nambusis among others.

Brother-in-law to Benmark Orimba and Margaret Nguhi Nyangena. Jimmy was a friend to many.

Friends and family are meeting daily at his father’s residence Transview Estate Athi River next to Portlands Senior Staff quarters.

There will be a funds drive on the 21st November 2023 at the Professional Centre, Parliament Road at 5.00pm and Little Rock Inn Athi River on the 22nd November 2023 from 6.00p.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday 22nd November 2023 at CITAM Valley Road from 2.00pm.

The cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home Thursday 23rd November to Kisii Nyaisuni for overnight stay. The funeral service will take place on Friday 24th November 2023 at the Nyaisuni Village, Ngenyi Location Marani Sub-County.
