Joan Kanini Mutinda

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of beloved Joan Kanini Mutinda, formerly teacher at Kyemutheke Primary School (Machakos) which occurred on Sunday 5th August 2018.

Wife of Benson Malinda (Principal Kusyongali Secondary School, Makueni). Mother of Felix Mutinda (Nairobi), Faith Mutinda (Machakos University), Dennis Mutinda (Pwani University) and Brian Mutinda (Kalulini Boys). Daughter of Ndonye Mukosi and Annah Ndonye. Sister of Philip. Mala, Musembi, Kalendi Mwake, the late Salome Musila and Jane Mutinda (Athi-River). Daughter-in-law of Beatrice Malinda. Sister in-law of Eunice Nthenya, Peter Musyoki (Garissa) and Damaris Musyoki (Isinya). Cousin of Muasya Ndiku, Jones Kimeu (Principal St. Regina Kiiou Sec. Makueni) among others. Aunt of Mutinda Philip, Lucy Mutinda, Mwende Musyoki and Mutheu Maulidin (Mumias).

Relatives and Friends are meeting at T.Tot Hotel (Machakos), Kuls Right Restaurant opposite Athi-River Mining, at her home Kitanga and Kyamuluu, Kiima Kimwe starting 5:30pm daily.

A fundraiser will be held on Thursday 16th August at T.Tot Hotel starting 5:30pm.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home, Machakos on Saturday 18th August 2018 at 8:00am for burial at her home Kitanga Village, Katheka Kai iocation, Machakos County.
