Joe Gathu Kimemia

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Joe Gathu Kimemia of Nyarugumu, Kiambaa Muguga (formerly of KETRI MUGUGA).

Son of the late George Kimemia Kaiyehe and the late Elder Beatrice Wairimu Kimemia. Brother to Julius Kaiyehe (Wakae), Eddy Ndungu Kimemia, the late James Muriu, Alice Nyawara Kimani (USA), the late Gladys Njoki, Daniel Karanja and Francis Mahiga (Stone).

Loving husband to Ruth Wambui Gathu. Father to Beatrice Wairimu (Nascah), Esther Wangui Gathu (Rafiki Micro Finance Bank), George Kimemia (Nairobi University) and Victor Kareithi (Kenyatta University).

Brother-in-law to the late William Kamau Kariithi Kaime of Rongai, Mary Murugi Njuguna – Njoro, James Gichinga Kariithi – KU and Francis Kariuki Kariithi (NIS).

Family and friends are meeting daily at his Residence Nyarugumu near Kiambaa Roadblock, Muguga for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves P.C.E.A -Kikuyu Hospital Mortuary on Friday, 26/08/2022 9.00am. Funeral service will be held at P.C.E.A Nyarugumu church from 10.00am thereafter internment at his home in Nyarugumu Kiambaa, Muguga.
