Joel Kyalo Mwei

(1957-2019)

It is with deep sorrow and humble submission to God’s will that we announce the death of Joel Kyalo Mwei which occurred on the 11th September 2019 while receiving treatment at Nairobi West Hospital.

Son of the late Timothy Mwei Kiamba and Monica Tete. Husband of Philomena Ndila (Business lady) and Father of Charles Maitha, (Businessman), Mary Mwikali, (Cooperative Bank), Jane Kyalo (Technical University of Mombasa) and Timothy Mwei (Businessman). Grandfather of Monica Mwende, Lilian Ndila and Lance VVekati. Brother of the late Esther Mutiso, Naomi Wambua, Martha Saani, the late leniffer Muya, the late David Mule, Peter Itumo, Alice Mbithe, Rose Kiendi, Salome Mulinge Malombe and Onesmus Kiamba.

Son-in-law of the late Paul Muia Musulu, and the late Elizabeth Ndungwa Muia. Brother-in-law of the late Joel Muasya, the late William Saani, the late John Muya, the late Joel Malombe, Sebastian Wambua, Rev. Justus Kiendi and Benard Odhiambo, Jane Mukulu, Francisca Syombua, Josephine Ndinda, Innocent Munyao among others. Uncle of Gift Mwende, Johnstone Mwendwa, Carol Wanjiku, Purity Mwongeli, Keli, Mutie, Ndaka, Daniel Kiendi, Caleb Musau, Isaac Kioko, Sammy Mule among ocher. Cousin of Prof. Peter Mbithi, Sister Felix, Charles Kiamba, Mutuku Ngovi Daniel Musau Maitha among others.

Meetings are being held at Bonita restaurant Tala and Misyani residence at 5pm from Monday to Thursday.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Machakos on Saturday 21st September, 2019 at 7am for burial at his farm in Misyani Village Kangundo on the same day at 11am.
