John Aluvengo Muchende

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of John Aluvengo Muchende which occurred on Monday 28th August, 2023 through a tragic road accident at Sikhendu Market, along the Webuye Kitale Road.

Loving husband to Gladys Nashimiyu Muchende (DCC Office Webuye West).

Son to the late Muchende Mukholi and Mama Timina Awinja.

Father to Catherine Masitsa (Butere County Hospital) Eliud Muchende (Kuno Primary School), Getrude Kharumi (Kibabii Boys), Mercy Awinja (BT L International) and Cynthia Aluvengo (Naivas Nairobi). Father-in-law to Sarah, Mercy and Peter Wekesa.

Grandfather to Lynn,Anlove, Denique, late Elaine, Alvin, Alpha, Leticia, Nashanuyu and Antonne.

The cortege will leave Webuye County Morgue on Thursday 07/09/2023 for a night vigil at his Webuye home. Thereafter, the cortege will leave for his Malava home on Friday 08/09/2023 for the burial service that will be held on Saturday 09/09/2023 at Chimuche Village, ,Malava Kabras, Kakamega County.
