John Karanja Njiraine

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God that we announce the passing on of John Karanja Njiraine formerly of USAID, that occurred on 4th September. 2023.

Loving husband to Gladwell Wangari Karanja. Devoted father to George Niiraine, Anne Wanjiku, Lydia Wanjiku and Cynthia Wairimu.

Son of the late Njiraini Thanga and Teresia Wanjiku. Beloved brother to Zainab Mwinyi, the late Mary Nyambura,Veronica Wangari, Joseph Karanja, Mary Muthoni, Cecilia Mugure and Celina Wambui.

Loving Grandfather to Mika Wangari, Adia Waniira. Kenzi Nduta and Aza Waruguru.

Friends and family are meeting daily at his residence in BuruBuru Phase 5, Kuywa Court, House Number 49.

There will be a Requiem mass at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church – BuruBuru on Monday 11th September, 2023 at 2.00pm.

The funeral service will be held at his home in SabaSaba, Murang’a County on 13th September, 2023 from 9 00am.

It’s God who gave us John Karanja Njiraine and It’s God who has taken John Karanja Njiraine.
