Son of Mzee Paul Chepkiyeng Chebii and Mama Rosanna Chebii of Sinon Sub-location, Kapsowar, Marakwet West Sub County, Elgeyo Marakwet County. Beloved husband of Charity Naitore Kimutai. Father of David (Moi University), Rispah (Kenya Methodist University), Tony, Maximillah and Nicole.
