John Mbogo Mburu

On the 14th of April 2021, a wonderful man walked into heaven’s gates. Although we are deeply saddened by his untimely demise, we humbly accept God’s will.

John Mbogo Mburu was the loving husband to Purity Wangui, adoring father to Marion Kagure and Eric Mburu. He was a son to the late Samuel Mburu Ngirau and the late Mary Kagure Mburu Brother to Elizabeth W. Mburu (Ruiru), Peter Kariithi (Saika), Zechariah Kaboro & Joseph Ngirau (Kariamu), Late Flora Wanjiku, Late Alice Njoki, Late Hellen Mumbi. John was a loving uncle, nephew, cousin and friend to many.

At the time of his death, he was a lands officer with the Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning in Voi Sub-county.

The cortege leaves JM Memorial Hospital Olkalou on Wednesday, 21st April 2021 at 9.00 am for a mass service at his home. He will be laid to rest at his home on Wanjohi-Olkalou road near Kariamu Shopping centre starting from 11am.
