It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Johnson Mwangi Kimani (Wakim/Kademu) of Central Club, Githurai 45, on Monday, June 1 2, 2023.

Son of the late Stephen Kimani Wanyagiciru and Lydiah Waitherero of Mbari ya Kiongo, Wanjengi, Murang’a County. Brother to the late Keziah Nyambura, John Wangoto (Wai), Mary Njeri, Grace Wambui, Leonard Niuguna, Margaret Njambi and Samuel Waichari.

Father to Stephen Kimani, Lydiah Waitherero, Anne Wanjiru, Stephen Kimani, Celine Muthoni, Mali Merline Kimani and Stephen Mbuthia.

Son-in-law to Pastor Stanley Kagua of Kahithe and Peter Mbuthia of Nakuru. Uncle, cousin. grandfather and friend to many.

Family members and friends are meeting at his home in Wanjengi, ACK St Timothy Githurai 45, DS Githurai 45, Makuti Club Githurai 45 and Central Club Githurai 45, behind Equity Bank.

There will be a memorial service on the afternoon of Sunday, June 18, 2023 at ACK St Timothy Githurai 45.

Tree cortege leaves KU Funeral Home Thika Road on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 for a funeral service and burial at his Wanjengi home in Murang’a County.
