Jonah Kipkosgei Misoi

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing on of our father Mr. Jonah Kipkosgei Misoi, on Sunday 6th March, 2022. He served God and humanity to the fullest and we celebrate him for that.
Son to the late Galan Maina and the late Elizabeth Maina of Chebirir Village – Siwot.

Brother to the late Kiboit Misoi, the late Sophia Biwott, the late Eunice Tesot, the late Joseph Misoi, Elijah Misoi (Chebirir) and Rebecca Cheborgei (Nyongeres).

Son-in-law to the late Mr. & Mrs. Elijah Mitei of Mugango Village – Bomet.

Loving husband to Mrs. Alice Martha Misoi and a doting father to Joyce Kayere (Eldoret), Beatrice Tanui (USA), Judith Kirui (KETEPA), Enock Kosgei (GDC), Jesca Chemutai (Bomet), Obadiah Kosgei (Vivo Energy), Lucy Chepwogen (Kiplokyi Secondary) and Tabitha Yegon (Phillips).

Father-in-law to Bonny, Enock, Philip, Jeniffer, Charles and Lydia. He leaves behind 16 grandchildren

There will be a final planning on Thursday 10th March, 2022 at his home in Kamobiriri, from 2.00pm.

The cortege leaves Tenwek Hospital Mortuary on Friday 11th March 2022 at 12.00pm for an overnight stay at his home.

The funeral service will be on Saturday 12th March, 2022 beginning 9.00am at Kitaima Primary School and thereafter, an interment ceremony at his home in Kamobiriri.
