Joseph Kaburu Marangu

We regret to announce the death of Mr. Joseph Kaburu Marangu, which occurred on 11th February, 2023.

He was beloved husband to Carol Wairimu Kaburu.

Son to Margaret Marangu and the late Ex-Senior Chief Joses Marangu. Son-in-law to Margaret Ngatia and the late Simon Ngatia.

Father to Keith Munene and Shawn Ngatia.

Brother to Adiel Gitobu, Kimathi Marangu, Karen Kaimenyi, Lucy Nyakundi, Susan Kiende and Rosemary Mburu.

Brother-in-law to Carol Gitobu, John Nyakundi, Robert Kaimenyi, Mary Kimathi, George and Joyce Ngatia, Catherine Njoki and the late Evans Mburu. He was a cousin and uncle to many.

The cortege leaves Chogoria Hospital Funeral Home on Tuesday the 21st February, 2023 at 9.00am for funeral service at Kithangari PCEA Church. Thereafter, burial will be held at his home in Kabirua village, Kithangari Location, South Imenti, Meru County.
