It’s with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Joseph Mbayu Ruoro.

Son of the late Ruoro Kiiru and Warukira Ruoro.

Husband of the late Isabel Waithera Mbayu.

Brother of the late Solomon Kihohia Ruoro and the late Ngima Gakuo.

Father of the late Washington Ruoro, the late Beatrice Warukira Tumu, Jane Gathoni Mutitu, Eustus Kingori, Julius Githaiga, Mary Wanjiru Macharia, the late Rhodah Gachambi, Solomon Kihohia and Meshack Mwangi (Danka).

Father-in-law to the late Robert Tumu, Wamutitu Muriuki, Cecilia Wachinga, Jane Muthoni, the late Peter Macharia, Samuel Mwangi, Cate Wanjiru and Sarah Muiga (Danka). Uncle, Grandfather and Great-grandfather to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Kamoko, Othaya and Mombasa (Danka Plaza – Nyali) from 5.00pm.

The cortege leaves Outspan Hospital Mortuary – Nyeri, on Saturday 22nd July, 2023 at 8.00am for a funeral service and burial at his home in Umbui, Kamoko, Othaya, Nyeri County.
