It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mr. Joseph Otisi Obwocha who until his untimely demise was serving in the Ministry of Interior and National Administration as the Deputy County Commissioner Baringo North Sub-County in Baringo County.

A loving husband to Zipporah Onchong’a Bochaberi and a caring father to Yvonne Sarange, Koffi Annan and Brenda Otisi and a wonderful grandfather to Myles and Luna.

Son to the late Zebedeo Obwocha and Selina Bonareri. Brother to the late Samuel Mang’era, Simon Obwocha, Veronica Moraa, the late Charles Maeri, Julius Makwabe, Jane Kwamboka and Stella Obwocha.

Father-in-law to Paminus Nyamweya and Nephew to the late Joseph Onkondo Z.M, the late John Nyangweso, the late Edward Motari, the late Ambrose Omwenga, and niece to the late Mary Bosibori.

Cousin to George M.,Thomas M., Jared O. (Assistant Chief), Joseph M., Isaac M, Lawrence O., Joseph M., Cecilia M., Peter M., Joseph O., the late Paul O., and the late Wilfred O.

The cortege leaves Kisii Teaching and Referral Mortuary on Thursday, 5th January, 2023 for an overnight vigil at his home in Nyakoe Location. Burial Service will be on 6th January, 2023 at Siara Village, Bonyagatanyi Sub-location, Nyakoe Location, Kitutu Central Sub-County in Kisii County.
