Joseph Sobayeni

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Joseph Sobayeni of Smart Force Mombasa. Son of the late Joel Tuku Sobayeni and the late Sophia Wambui Mutibe-Sobayeni.

Son-in-law of the late Samuel Kinyanjui and Grace Kinyanjui. Husband of Mercy Wanjiru Kinyanjui Sobayeni of Kenya Ports Authority. Father of Angela Wambui Sobayeni and Mandhla Khanene Sobayeni. Brother of Rose Mumbi Issa, Jayne Sobayeni, Anne Nesca Mboya and Esther Kiarie. Brother-in-law of lssa Senengo, Simon Nzuki,Tom Mboya, Irene and James Karanja, Fred and Esther Kimonge and Sam and Anne Ndiritu. He was also an uncle, cousin and nephew of many.

Joseph will be laid to rest on Tuesday 19th Sept.

There will be a memorial service at Montezuma Funeral Home Chapel at 8am and thereafter he’ll be laid to rest at his farm in Gathiru village, Gatundu.

There will be a fundraising on Friday 15th at 5:30pm at Mbaraki Sports Club Msa and another one in Nairobi at the sisters residence in Karen.

He fought a good fight, kept the faith and has now finished his race
