It is with a heavy heart and profound sadness that we announce the demise of dear Jotham Geofrey Sewe Konaka, which occurred on 11th August, 2022 in Burmingham (UK).

Son to the late Charles Onaka Ang’ang’o and the late Christabel Olweny of Gem Kathomo Rakuom village. Son-in-law to the late Mzee Samuel Opiyo Okumu and the late Gladys Opiyo and Florence Opiyo of Seme Rata.

Loving husband to Jane Gumba Konaka. Father to Linda Adhiambo (Georgia, USA), Irine Atieno of (North Carolina, USA), Steve Konaka, Effie Akinyi and Mike Oluoch of Nairobi. Father-in-law to Benson Obonyo (North Carolina, USA) and Urbanus Kissiu (Nairobi). Grandfather to Ashley, joy, Zoey, Elijah, Isaiah, Nuru, Gabriel and Maria,

Brother to the late Clarke, the late Zablon, the late Judith, the late Adonijah, the late Rose, Hagai, Erick, Philemon and Margaret.

The burial will take place on 3rd September, 2022 at his home in Gem Kathomo, off Kisumu – Siaya Road, Nyagondo Shopping Centre.
