It is with humble submission to God’s will that we announce the passing on of Judith Akinyi Chika of Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government (County Commissioners Office Kisumu) on 4th August 2018

Wife of the late Francis Odhlambo Chika (Jomo). Mother of Paul Taabu Chika and Lawrence Omondi Chika. Daughter in-law of Marna Gladys Odendo Chika and the late Paul Chika Omiya of Asembo Kokidi Ruma Village. Daughter of Mama Prisca Ochola and the late Mzee Herbert Ochola Kibuye of Simbi, Kolonde Village Kendu Bay. Sister in-law of Margaret Adongo, Beatrice A. Chika, Eva Oduor, Christopher & Maria-Assumpta Chika. Andrew & Keziah Chika, Peter & Agnes Chika,Charles Omondi Chika and Tom & Judymyice Chika. Sister of Moses & Pamela Kibuye, Morris & Millicent Omondi, Mereza Anyango, Winfred Awino, Kenneth & Caroline Ochola, Edith Ochola, Prof Shem Wandiga, Millicent Wandiga, Rhoda Charles, the late Rhoda Attend and the late Janet Aoko. Aunt and cousin of many.

The cortege leaves Nairobi on Thursday 16th August for a night vigil at Kajulu village in Kisumu Prayers will be held at her home in Kajulu on Friday 17th at 09:00am and thereafter cortege will proceed to Ruma Village.

Burial will be on Saturday 18th August 2018.
