It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Julia lgoki on 2nd July 2022.

Wife to Gerrard Muthamia. Daughter to the late Keturah and the late Juda Kiuri of Murungurune. Mother to Ruth Kuria, the late Bildad Mwirigi, Ann Muthamia, Dorothy Mutegi, Janet Mugambi and Felix Kimathi. Mother-in-law to Dr. Nelson Kuria (C1C), Councilor Joseph Mutegi Marimanti, Mugambi Elijah formerly of ICDC and Lydia Kimathi (Ngirine).

Sister to the late Esther Gituru, the late Agnes Jason Machuguma, the late Grace Oreste Kigiri, Silas Judah, Margaret, Muriungi Shadrack, Mbuthu Ken, Ikunda Juda, among others.

Sister-in-law to Josephine Mungania (Uruku), the late Charity Kirigia, (Kithaene), the late Charity Kunange (Kiungone), the late Agnes Mugwika (Ndagene), the late Faith Rinkanya, Japhet Kiugu, Ephatus Ikunda, Salome Kaburu (Kithaene), the late Silus Kibiti, Rosemary, Kithinji, Kagendo. Kagendo among others.

Cousin to the Arimis, Kabubia, Kiuris and others. Grandmother to Cynthia, Kinoti, Carol, Julia, Jackie, Catherine, Gakii, Mwiti, Makena, Tim, Eric, Kawira, Kiogora, Kinya, and Mwenda. Great grandmother to many.

Meetings and prayers are being held at Dr and Mrs. Kuria home in Karen on Tuesday and Saturday at 4.00pm. On Wednesday and Thursday at P.C.E.A St. Andrew Church at 4.00pm and at Gerrard Muthamia home in Meru.

Funeral service Burial will be held on Monday the 11th July 2022 at P.C.E.A Gangara Church in South Imenti, Meru County.
