Julius Mbuthia Karathe

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will, that we announce the passing of Julius Mbuthia Karathe. Son of Karathe Wathini (Muhia), Wanjiru and Mbeti Karathe, he hailed from Thirikwa Village, Muguru Location, Kangema, Muranga County.

Brother of the late Benson Mbare Karathe, the late Rosemary Njeri Kiragu, Duncan Kiiru Karathe, Rosemary Njeri Maina and James Irungu Karathe. Husband of Isabel Wanja Mbuthia. Loving father of Ken, Mike,Wanjiru, Sabina, Njeri, Lisa, Muriithi and Sola. Grandfather of Robel, Donnel, Eden, Megan, Isabel, Mukami, Ryan, Chomba and Ellen. Uncle and great friend to many.

Family and friends will be meeting at Holy Family Basilica on 11th Friday, October 2019, between 6.00 p.m – 8.00p.m.

Funeral service will be held at Montenzuma Funeral Home Chapel, Mbagathi Way, at 9.30 a.m followed by burial at Langata Cemetery on 15th Tuesday, October, 2019.
