It is with profound sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we the family of Justice (Rtd) David Maitai Rimita announce the passing on of our dear Dad on Saturday 17th April 2021 after a short illness.
Son to the late Cyprian M’Rimita and late Julia Cialingiera. Beloved Husband to Grace Kananu Rimita.
Father to Dennis Muriithi Rimita, Karen Nkatha Mwanza and Caroline Karwirwa Muhumuza. Grandfather to Glen, Ethan, Kyran, Nadia, Kanana, Maitai, Michelle and Makena.
Brother to Late Maiti, Kanono, Kaluma, Muriira, Zaverio and Dominic Father-in law to Tom Mwanza, Ken Muhumuza and Terry Wafula. Son-in law to Late Francis Ithili and Late Charity Nkirote, Late Cecilia Mwendwa and Margaret Ithili.
Brother-in-law to Ruth and late Rukunga, late Nkatha and late Mutuma, late Wanja and late Jakubu, late Kinoti and late Janet, late Kinya and Titus, late Mwirigi and late Kathira, Kagwiria and Kithinji, Kaimuri and Nyamu. Mbaabu and Kinanu, Mwenda and Naito, Kaume and Jane and Mutalii and Kanario and late Mutabari.
The cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home on Saturday 24th April 2021 at 6 30 AM for a Funeral Mass and burial at his home Mituntu Farm in Kinoria Village, Mituntu Location, Tigania West Sub-County, Meru County. We will strictly adhere to the set GOK Covid guidelines on funerals and attendance will be restricted to close family and friends, kindly bear with us.
