Kelvin Mugambi Ngige

It is with great sadness and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the transition to glory of our dear Kelvin Mugambi Ngige in Atlanta USA on 31 May 2022.

Son of Mwalimu Fredrick Ngige and Mwalimu Aileen Karimi of Kiriani, Tharaka Nithi.

He was loving husband to Faith Nyambura Mugambi of Atlanta USA.

Son-in-law to John Kamau and Grace Gachambi of Kamiti, Kiambu. Devoted father to Ruby Karimi and Baby Justin Mutugi.

He was a doting and only brother to Stella Kawira and Carol Muthoni. Brother-in-law to Carol and Dan Kagwi, John and Irene Musau, Tony and Bernice Njoka, Francis and Mary Maina, John and Ann Maina and Alice Muthoni.

Uncle to Lavender and Hudson, Sharon, Vanessa, Joy, Willy, Andrew, Taffie, Angello, Gachambi, Waithera,Thomas, Grace and Myles. Grandpa to Azaria.

Friends and family have been meeting at All Saints Cathedral since Tuesday 7th June 2022, 5.00pm to 8.00pm to raise funds towards repatriation and final send-off.

There will be a memorial service today Wednesday 15th June 2022 at Ridgeways Baptist Church from 1.30pm.

Family and friends will gather at Lee Funeral Home on Friday 17th June 2022 at 6.00am for prayers before departure to Kiriani sub-location, Maara sub-county in Tharaka-Nithi County. Funeral Service will be at Kiriani PCEA church and burial at the family farm in Kiriani sub-location, Chogoria, on Friday 17th June 2022.
