We regret to announce the passing on of our Matriarch Centenarian Kogo Grace Siokwei Keitany Tumo of Siliboi Village Ainabkoi East, Uasin Gishu County, which occurred on 23rd April, 2021 at St.. Luke’s Hospital – Eldoret.

The first born child to the late Kipsage arap Cheptoo and Kimoi Taptuei of Chemoibon village Elkeiyo Marakwet County. Sister of the late Kiplagat arap Busienei, the late Ronda Mukche, the late Kolongei Bargorla, Julia Soi, the late Salome Tamurei, the late Mary Chelel and Ruth Taplelei. Wife of the late Chepkeitany Bundotich Tumo. Co-wife of the late Zipporah Siokwei and Mary Soti.

Mother of Elizabeth, Leah, Susan, Salina, Nancy, Emmy, Joseph, Thomas, Rose, Jane, Paul, Mary, Eunice, Wilson, Jeremy, Edith, Juliet, Fridah, Rodah, Fredrick, Abraham, Cliff, Evans, Doreen, Collins, Winnie and, Beatrice. Mother-in-law of Elizabeth, Susan, Florence, Alfrida, Dorcas, Ruth, Cynthia, Shilladeremlah, the late Timothy, Laban, Abraharn, the late Donald, the late Dr. Kipkorir, Kiprono, the late Richard, the late Edward, John, Wilson and Titus. Grandmother to 70 children. Great-grandmother to 104 children. And Great-great-grandmother to 26 children.

Burial will take place on 1st May 2021 at Siliboi Village, Ainabkoi East, Uasin Gishu County.
