It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our father Mwalimu Lay Leader Lawrence Gichumbi Mwangi, on 13th January, 2023.
Son of the late Joel Mwangi and Hannah Wanjiku.
Loving husband to Grace Wambui. Father to Prof. Gichumbi (Chuka University), Hannah, Lilian, Virginia, Janet (Kenya Police), Dr. Henry Njoroge (KUTRRH and Uzima Hospital).
In-law to Mr and Mrs. Gitau, Muchai and Karanja.
Father-in-law to Serah, Anthony and Charity.
The funeral service will be held at ACK – Gathiru Church in Yamugwe Sub-location, Mugoiri Location, Murang’a. County, on Friday, 20th January, 2023 at 10.00am. Burial will follow thereafter at his farm-in Gathiru Village.
