Lawrence Odhiambo Musa – (Larry Musa)

It is with great sadness that we announce the demise of Mr. Lawrence Odhiambo Musa on 9th May 2022 after a short illness.

He was the 4th born to the late Musa Ayuak and the late Mama Lilian Rose Ajwang of Kalenjuok Alego Siaya. He had brothers and sisters namely – Late Okoth Jalaam, Late Margret Odongo, Late Walter Raloo, Late Pamela Achieng and survived by Joyce Aoko Musa.

Loving Husband to Doris Musa and loving father to William Musa, Maureen Musa,Winny Musa, Brian Musa, Elvis Musa, Reagan Musa and Lilian Musa.

He was son in Law to Susan and David Were Onim of Nyakach Kajimbo. Nephew to Aloice Aboka of Alego, Siaya and late Mama Leonora. He was cousin to Mzee Andrew Oduor Omulo, Raphael Omondi, George Onyango Okoth, Late Mama Grace Owino and Many others.

He was brother-in-law to Job, Moffat, Rose, the late Mama Alice, the late Mama Aziza, the late Odongo and the late Joseph Odero.

He was uncle to Nick Odero, Ben Oduor Mangira, Terence, Musa Raloo, Julia, Edna and Selma, Lawrence Tabu Owino, David Owino, Florence Owino, Sammy Ochieng, Linet Akinyi and Many others.

He was a Father-in-law to Christine Odhiambo, George Omenya, Jeff Piper and Joan Onyango, Elizabeth Odero. He leaves behind eleven wonderful grandchildren.

The cortege leaves Aga Khan morgue on 20th May, 2022 at 12.30pm for a requiem mass at St. Luke’s ACK Church, Manyatta from 2.00pm and later adjourn to his home at Manyatta Gonda for overnight vigil.

Main Funeral service will be held on 21st May, 2022 from 8.30 am at Manyatta Primary School in Kondele Ward, Kisumu Central. There after the burial will be at his home in Manyatta Gonda.
