Kirinyaga County.Loving wife of the Late Moses Kyeba Kandu. Daughter of the Late Elijah Nganga lhahu and Hulida Wanjiru Ngima, and step-daughter to Margaret Kabui. Sister to Lydia Wangu, Danson Githinji, Nancy Muringo, and the late Esteri Gakuru, the late Stella Karimurio, the late Jackson Ikahu, the late Jacob Kibukani, the late Joyce Muthoni,the late Benson Mwangi and the late Jab Muriithi.She was raised in the home of her uncle Senior Chief Norman and aunt Raheli Ikahu, with her cousins Bella Wagatwe Wanjuki, Eliud Wanjau, Elijah Nganga, the late Priscilla Wakiini Ngige, the late Eunice Wambere Nyaga, the late Nahashon Ngige, the late Job Muriithi, the late Mary Wambui and the late Jesse Mwangi.Dating mother to Anne Zena (Ol Kalou), Dr. Hilda and Canon Philip Niuki (Nairobi), Sarah Micere (Kagumo), Dr. Rachel and Dennis Muguna (USA), Mary and Stephen Mwangi (Tigoni), Peter (Sasini PLC) and Lucy Kandu, Esther (KCB Bank) and Mwania Ndunda,Murimi and Rosa (USA), Alice Rehema (USA), Stella (Oraro & Co.) and Bongo Mutua. Wonderful  grandmother to 19, and great grandmother to 6. Sister-in-low of Nahashon Gakuru, the late George Kuria Kandu,the late William Buyi, the late Grace Ikahu, and the late Jeffitha Karimupio.Family and friends are meeting from Wednesday 23rd to Monday 28th August at The All Saints Cathedral, Nairobi,from 5:30pm. and daily at her home in Makinduri Village from 4 p.m. There will be 2 memorial services to celebrate her life on Sunday August 27th in Nairobi at. The All Saints Cathedral, at 3pm,  and at her home in Muhmduri at 3pm

The cortege will  leave Lee funeral  Home at 7am.on Wednesday August 30th, for a 10:30 am service at St Thomas Cathedral in Kerugoya She will thereafter be laid to rest at her home in Makinduri.
