It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Lazarus Ombego Kombo formerly of Ministry of Home Affairs under the Department of Heritage, Culture and sports after along illness which occurred on 20th November 2022 at Nyamira Hospital.

Beloved husband to Queen Elizabeth Kemunto Ombego.

Son to the late Nicholus Kombo, Birita Kwenge and Mary Kombo. Sibling to the late Ombeta, Rebecca, Nyagwencha, the late Orora,Sarah, Onyancha, Jeria, Ombonga, Morara, Moraa and Jared.

Cousin to Ombego, Mayaka, the late Atere, the late Eunice, Milka.

Father to Samuel, the late Godfrey, Ednah, Dismac, Fanis, Janet and Agnes. Father-in-law to Ronald, Mthemba, Job, Nyaboke and Bathsheba. Grandpa to Alice, Godfrey, Benedict, Kombo, Shantel, Shirleen, Sandra, Wambui, Emmanuel, Abigael, Kelly, Talia, and Lazarus.

Uncle to the late Godfrey, Nyamusi, Caro, Denis, Detty, Nyaboke, Jeptor, Nyamusi, Brian, Cynthia,Tony Rita, Osoro, Moraa, Kennedy, Ednah, Lameck, Judy, Bikundo, Ayusa, Mary, Sammy, Melisa, Edwin George, Senator Okongo, Nyabuti, Kennedy and many more others.

Family and friends are invited to attend the funeral to be held at Nyakeore Village, Nyamira County on 1st December 2022.
