Lenah Kilonzo

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Lenah Kilonzo of Kisasi Sub-county Masimbini village which occurred on 23rd November 2022.

Daughter of the late Thomas Kiteng’e and the late Grace Kamene.

Wife of the late Solomon Kilonzo Muyanga.

Sister to the late Cleophas, the late Johnathan, the late Samson Musembi, Charity, Beatrice, the late Reginah Ndia, Samwel Muhoya, James Hunja, Brigitte Mukui the late Alfred Ndambuki and Faith Muthoni (Denmark).

Mother of the late Julia Kathule, Ruth Nyaw’a, Margaret Kavili, Mutua-Muyanga Bernard (CEMASTEA, Karen), Florence Kavisa, Stephen Muyanga (KMTC, Nairobi) and the late Hanniton Mumo.

Grandmother of Charles Mutinda (Jordan Hospital), David Kilonzo (Steel & Tubes Industries), Joel Kitheka (JCC Katw’ala), Michael Kilonzo (Trans East Co.), Hellen Mukui (formerly of Hillcrest Junior Academy, Karen), Solomon Mutua (Ministry of Lands, Machakos), James Nzungula Mutua (County Gov. of Kitui) and Cecilia Mbula (County Gov. of Kiwi) among others. She had 33 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

Aunt of Annah, Mutua, Mwende, Samson, Mwendwa, Mercy, Vincent and Dr. Carol SEKU) among others.

Daughter-in-law of the late Muyanga Mumo and the late Syovata Muyanga of asimbini village. Sister-in-law to Eunice Mwinza and the late Benjamin Kitungu.

She will be laid to rest her home in Masimbini village, Kisasi Sub-county, Kitui on Saturday the 3rd December, 2022.
