It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Leona Violet Asiko Obura on 19′ August, 2022.

Leona was the beautiful daughter of Prof. Willis Obura and Judith Akala, a partner to Olusegun Adegbulugbe and a devoted and amazing mother to Isaiah Ifeoluwa Adegbulugbe.

Sister to Nana, Belinda, Cyril, Leon,Vanessa, Claude, Willa, Anhelia and Oriane. Sister-in-law to Raymond Wanjau and Pennynah Padri.

Aunt to Vante, Vidray,Allan, Leonard, Lvice, Lev, Len and Leo.

Niece to Prisca, Jack, Erick, Habert, Geoffrey, Meshack, the late Mary, Jane, Ben, Catherine, the late Carey, Ressa, Rosemary, the late Margaret, Michael, Margaret Saya, Edwin, Mary, the late Kennedy, Dennis, Lilian,Weche, Churchill, Ibrahim and many others.

Friends and relatives are meeting at Sippers & Diners Restaurant in Hurlingham and at the late Leona’s home in Lavington, daily at 5.30 PM to conclude on burial arrangements.

There will be a prayer session and signing of condolence book at Montezuma Funeral Home on Thursday, 25th August, 2022 at 2.30pm.

The burial will take place at Akado Village, Kolwa Central location in Kisumu County on Saturday, 27th August 2022 from 10.00am.
