It is with deep sorrow, pain and heartbreak that we accept God’s will as we announce the passing on of a loving husband, father, brother, uncle and friend due to a heart condition.

Son of Mama Esleen Cherono Cheruiyot. Husband to Mercy Florrie Kipsang. Loving father to Daisy Kibet, Emmanuel Kibet and Jayson Kiptum Kibet. Brother to Rael Koima, Janet Herodia Koskei, Emmy Chelimo, the late Joan Jerotich, Catherine Jemaiyo, and Winnie Chepngetich.

Uncle to Evelyn koima, Mercy Kipruto, Lincoln Ruto, Barnabas Ruto, Antony Rop, the late Lee Kibet Ruto, the late Leroy Kigen Koskei and Maya Jeptoo Koskei. Grandfather to Raymond, Chela, Prince, Talia, Dylan and Ryan. A great friend and Mentor to many.

Friends and Relatives are meeting for funeral arrangements at his Kisaju Jamii Bora Estate and at home Kipkaber Kabimoi.

The body is lying at Shallom Hospital Funeral Home, Athi River. The late Leonard Kibet Cheruiyot will be laid to rest at his home in Kipkaber Kabimoi Eldama Ravine on Thursday 6th January 2022.
