Leonard Kimtai Chemining’wa

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Leonard Kimtai Chemining’wa on 22nd July, 2018 at Nairobi women Hospital after a short illness, who until his death was a Judiciary staff at Milimani Law Courts.

Son of the late Benjamin Namtala and Dinah Namtala, step-son of Jane Namtala and Mildred Namtala. Son in-law of John Etale and Floice Etale. Loving husband of Sophia Ambasa Kimutai and a loving father of Tonny Bartai Kimutai. Brother of Teresa, Janepher, Alice, Agnes, Bramwel, James, Dickson, Joseph, Diana, Evans, Faith, Abigael, Lydiah, Joan, Hillary, Jackline, John, Brian.

Nephew of Keya, Peter and Masibo. Uncle of Sammy, Linnet, Rachel, Donald, Musa, Sephrine, Joshua, Jonah, Chesang, Michael, Kennedy, Aili, Felix , Salome, daisy, Brian, Isaac, James, among others. Brother in-law of Kessis, Ngorett, Tumbo, Nancy, Kipyego,Wycliffe, Zedekiah, Dennis, among others.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Tassia, Nairobi and Soy in Uasin – Gishu County.

There will be requiem mass at Citam Valley Road on 1st August, 2018 at 2.00pm then proceed to his home at Soy on 2nd August 2018 followed by burial at his rural home on August 2018.
