It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Levis Ochieng Makokha that occurred on 25/09/2022 while undergoing treatment at Kenyatta University Teaching, Training & Referral Hospital. Until his demise, he was an employee of the Office of Attorney General, Department of Justice.

Loving husband to Elizabeth Sitati. Beloved father to Isaac Makokha Juma and Ashley Naliaka Juma.

Son to the late Joachim Ochieng Makokha, and Christine Ebba Makokha (Nawiri). Brother to the late Fredrick Makokha, Chrisantus W. Makokha (KETRACO), Antony B. Makokha (Mwalimu), Patrick O. Makokha (PATH), and Silvarius B. Makokha (State Dept. for Public Service).

Son-in-law to the late Mzee John Sitati and the late Mama Risper Sitati. In-law to Beatrice, Linet, Eunice & Christine.

Uncle to Desiderious (State Dept. for Crops), Joackim, Sarah, Bianca, Samuel, among others.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Teaching, Research & Referral Hospital Mortuary along Kahawa Ruiru bypass on Thursday, 6/10/2022 at 9.00a.m for a memorial service at St. Joseph Mukasa Catholic Church Kahawa West at 9:30am.

Thereafter, the family will proceed for burial which will take place on Saturday, 8/10/2022 at his father’s farm, Bukhulungu Village, Samia sub-county, Busia County.
