It is with great sadness that we announce the promotion to glory of Madam Lilian Jepkemboi Arunga of Ngonyek village, Cherangani Sub County,Trans Nzoia County.

Daughter of the late Kibon Chesang and the late Kabon Chesang.

Beloved wife to Arunga Arthur Epiche.

Sister to the late Perk Kebut of Kabartonjo, the late Drusilla Cheruto Mung’ou of Kapsokwony & Zipporah Kipng’ok of Kapchomuso, Baring) Central.

Mother to the late Susan Adhiambo, Judy Andeso (Posta Kenya), Beatrice Anunda (Busia County Referral Hospital), Risper Cheruto Arunga (Advocate, Kitale), Moses Epiche, Martin Asumwa, Rachael Ombonya (Simatwet Dispensary), James Alushula (KTDA Bomet), Frank Aswani and Nelly Cherop (Kenyatta National Hospital). She is a mother by extension to many more.

Mother-in-law to Dr. Evans Mugarizi, Jack Odhoch,Esther Asumwa, Veronica Alushula and Eunice Aswani. Grandmother to 28 and great-grandmother to 13.

The cortege leaves Crystal Cottage Hospital Kitale on 24th February 2023 for a short service at St Andrews ACK Sibanga and thereafter to her home.

She will be laid to rest on 25th February 2023 at her farm in Ngonyek village, Cherangani Sub County,Trans Nzoia County.

Relatives and friends are meeting daily at her home for burial arrangements, starting at 4:00pm.
