Lucia Wangui Ng’ang’a

1942 – 2017

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Lucia Wangui Ng’ang’a on 15th August, 2017.

Wife of Mr. Stephen Ng’ang’a Noah. Daughter of the late Patrick Kahihu and the late Hannah Nyokabi. Mother of John Kung’u, Peter Njenga, Maritha Wanjiku, George Kuria, Hannah Nyokabi, Monica Wangare, Paul Muya, Dominic Kabue, Maria Wambui and Rose Wanjiru. She had several grandchildren.

Prayers and meetings are taking place at her home in Ngarariga daily starting from 3pm.

Cortege leaves Uplands Funeral home on Tuesday, 22nd August, 2017 at 8:30am for a mass at 12.00pm at Mt. Carmel Ngarariga Catholic Church, followed by burial at her home in Ngarariga.
